2014 ANNUAL NEWi AWARD NOMINATIONS

We are excited to announce Good Eye Deer have been nominated for three awards in this year’s NEWi Awards for Digital Creativity.

Our ‘Links – Understanding Depression in Family’ online educational resources are nominated for Best Health Solution Of The Year. This project was produced for the Psychosocial Research Group, UNSW.

We are also nominated for Best Educational Solution Of The Year with our ‘ARTC Concrete Resleepering’ training video. This video has already won us an award for Best Training Video at the Australian Video Producers Association’s 2013 Awards. Let’s see if we can make it two for two.

Our brief for this project was to produce a training video which covered all the processes for how to re-sleeper a railway network. The target audience was new Project Managers joining ARTC. So how did we make a training video about changing the sleepers under the train tracks interesting? We covered every process of the re-sleepering job with beautiful cinematography. We then combined engaging interviews from our Rail experts to create a compelling look into what it takes to strengthen the rail network. The high-energy teaser is designed to entice the target audience prior to watching the longer training video.

And last but definitely not least, Good Eye Deer has been nominated in the category of Best Digital Agency Of The Year.

This year the ceremony will be held on the evening of Friday October 3rd at Merewether Surfhouse, Merewether Beach Newcastle.
