CHALLENGE

Octet wanted to produce a series of videos that would promote awareness and understanding of their brand and the various products they deliver. The company wanted to show how their products benefit Australian and international buyers and sellers. The primary audience was Australian businesses buying and selling both locally and overseas across a broad range of industries. The Octet Marketing Manager requested animated explainer videos but was also looking for something different - something he could be inspired by. 

SOLUTION

Many companies try to promote their business by talking about their products. Unfortunately, most consumers are not interested in products and features until they understand the value of a brand - once they understand the value to them, they want to know more. 

We felt that a benefit-focused promotional video series would work best for Octet's marketing needs. Each video would focus on the value of the company and its products, rather than explaining to consumers exactly how the products worked. As such, we proposed to produce one high-concept video per product and an Octet Brand film that would tie all the information together, in an emotionally engaging way. Each of the product videos was designed similar to a TVC - speaking to one idea in a 30 or 45-second timeslot. That one idea, the one central theme is the identified emotional benefit the Octet product provides its customers.

This promotional video for Octet's product, PAYMENTS was designed to emotionally convey that Octet enables confidence for businesses.
