If you’ve wandered down Hunter St recently you will have noticed that there aren’t any signs pointing towards a world-class, co-working office and events studio. But really hovering above you, is precisely that, The Production Hub (TPH).

Gavin Banks and Olivia Olley are the duo behind this inspiring work space, who, after a long time searching, instantly recognised the potential in this 4 Crown St space. The light filled room, which overlooks Hunter St, needed a whole lotta love, but after some hard work the spectacular transformation has now become the platform for their very successful video production company, Good Eye Deer.

Like many businesses in Newcastle, Good Eye Deer is recognised on the world-stage (as a quality producer of corporate, educational and branded films) “even though” they live and work in Newcastle! And they’re not the only company in town producing world-class work.

The Pro Hub was built to be a studio that reflects the standard of work available in Newcastle, and as a place for people and businesses to come together to progress their ideas.

The Pro Hub  is the ultimate office experience. Everything is designed to work for the individual and enhance productivity. A lot of research went into designing this co-working space, with the interaction of space, light, colour and even room-temperatures all contributing to productivity. The studio has been designed to be a spacious area that has break-out rooms so you can escape your desk when you need to. Such as a sound-proof meeting room; workshop/brainstorming area with a 9 metre long whiteboard; ball chairs to deaden the noise of phone calls; music is played over the airwaves to create an ambience; all the furniture is colourful and modern; plus the air-conditioning is super high-tech allowing The Pro Hub  to be warm all through winter and cool in summer (with a minimal greenhouse footprint).
